Bhutan • the country of Thunder Dragon

The Himalayan Kingdom, the kingdom of happiness lies as a 2nd smallest and second least populated country in the south Asian region among eight countries with the area 38,394km2  and eight hundred thousand population and 20/km2 population density. It is one of the most unknown and mysterious countries in the world and for the Asian authorities also, it is one of the last discovered country. Geographically, it broadens to the Himalaya from the northern border to Tibet; to the southern plane to the border to the India. It contains beautiful Himalayas, green mountains, deep valleys, fertile rice fields, small villages and remarkable own architecture. Dzongkha is the national language, but more than 40% people used to speak Nepali. Vajrayani Buddhism is the main religion of Bhutan but Hindu religion is also widely accepted. Tiger nest monastery (Paro Taktsang or Taktsang Palphug Monastery) built in 17th century is one of the important monuments in Bhutan; without visiting it, Bhutan tour will be incomplete. Paro airport is the main geteway to enter to this Buddhist Kingdom and Airbus A319 type small jet engine could land over there and operated the international flight to the Kathmandu airport and India. The capital city Thimphu, lies at the distance of 65 km ahead from this airport and nearly takes 1.5 to 2 hours. We can enter Bhutan through the road links too, from India.
