Therefore, this tour contains introductory part of Ayurveda including three hours Ayurveda relaxation and short consult with Ayurvedic doctor. Also, we have  an introductory meeting with classical musical-group of Nepal. This tour also contains one meal in the kitchen of local family which helps you to understand food and life style of Nepalese also provide great opportunity to interact with the local people. Also, it contains the short seminars with the Lama (a Buddhist spiritual teacher), which help you to clarify about the life of the Buddhist, education system of monks and their life standard . Detail Itineraries

  • Day 01Heartily welcome to the Kathmandu, the capital city of Himalayan Kingdom and the city of Pagodas. Divine Excursion will happily welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our airport representative or tour operator escorts you to the hotel. You can enjoy your free time. In the evening, we have a meeting with our tour operator or tour guide for the required information about day to day program. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
  • Day 02Budhanilkantha and Swyambhunath StupaIn the morning we will take a part in Yoga and Meditation. After breakfast, our day sightseeing begins. We have two different destinations today. Initially, we will drive towards Budhanikantha temple. The temple situated in Budhanikantha Municipality at the altitude of 1450m. It lies in the north-eastern part of Kathmandu valley on the lap of holy mountain Shivapuri peak (2732m) and around 10 kilometers far from the center of Kathmandu city. The temple is dedicated to lord Vishnu with the 5 meters long glorious statute generated from the silica stone between 6th and 7th century A.D. It is considered as the largest stone carving in Nepal.
    The temple complex itself is very sacred places in Kathmandu with thousands of visitor pilgrims, especially on the occasion of Haribondhini Ekadashi, the 11th day of the seventh month falls in the month of Kartrik according to the calendar of Bikram Sambat (B.S.) (the calendar began almost 57 years before the international calendar). This festival is celebrated on the behalf of awakening of Lord Vishnu from his long sleep.
    In the afternoon, it’s the time to visit the Swayambhunath Stupa (a beautiful Buddhist temple), situated almost at the middle of the Kathmandu valley and dated 5th century BC of its establishment and lies almost at the altitude of 1500m. It is together sacred place for both Hindu and Buddhist and one of the best places to spend time peacefully in between the noise of Kathmandu valley. The main Stupa (the temple) lies at the top of Swayambhu hill from where we can observe whole Kathmandu valley and mountains surrounded around the Kathmandu valley. If the view is clear than we can sights the Himalayas of Langtang range. Drive back to the hotel for overnight.
  • Day 03Pashupatinath and BouddhanathIn the morning we practice yoga and meditation. After breakfast, we will drive to Pashupatinath, one of the most sacred place for Hindus .They have an inner urge to visit this temple at least once in their life. The temple is dedicated to lord Shiva with the foundation date of 3rd century BC and one of the important UNESCO world heritage sites from Kathmandu valley. It is situated as the ritual and cultural center for all the Hindus at the Bank of the holy river “Bagamati”, the lifeline river of civilization of this valley. On the both sides of the river, we can observe the engagement of Hindus on their daily religious and ritual activities including crimination of dead bodies. On the one side of the Bagamati river, near to temple, is the main place of Kathmandu and second largest place in the world to criminate the dead body of Hindus. They bring the dead body here as soon as possible after the death and wash it with the holy water. After washing it, they do the funeral ritual with family and relatives and afterward bring into the pyre and burn it with the help of firewood. It is also the well renowned energy places in Kathmandu valley, so almost every time occupied with lots of Yogis and Sadhus (holy man) for yoga and meditation.
    In the evening, we will visit the Bouddhnath Stupa, situated in the north-west of Kathmandu. The foundation date of this Stupa goes back to the 5th century AD with a height of 36 meters. This part of the Kathmandu recently developed as a center for Tibetan Buddhism with lots of newly constructed monasteries, mediation centers, Buddhist schools, Buddhist painting schools, university and Buddhist colleges.   • Day 04Patan In the morning, we have Yoga and meditation. After breakfast, we will drive towards Patan for sightseeing. The medieval city, Patan, is the novel city for religious tolerance. Here we found ourselves consequent existence of both Hinduism and Buddhism. Another unique feature of this historical city is almost every pilgrimage sights are belongs to both religions and some of them exist one after another in the same place but everybody have respect and proud of it. Durbar Square (Palace courtyard) is the main highlight of this city and standing as a religious and culturel center with traditional architecture, elegant wooden and metal carving. The ancient palace is now converted as a beautiful museum and inner courtyard is occupied by very famous cuisine, which serves various delicious dishes and we will take lunch break here. The whole city is like an "open air museum". We can experience different beautiful Newari architecture in every corner of the city and the daily life of the Newari people. Also, almost every house is the workplace for the handicrafts workers. They are very expert and world renowned sculptor for metal handicrafts. If the time favors us then we can also visit the different temple like Kumbheshwore, Kwa Bahal, Mhaboudha, Golden Temple etc. In the evening we will drive back to Kathmandu and overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 05BhaktapurEarly in the morning, we have Yoga and meditation session. After breakfast, we will gradually prepare for the drive toward Bhaktapur with our luggage. After check in a guest house, we will make the city sightseeing to experience the life style of Newari people. Later on, we will visit the Durbar Square, Nyatapola Mandir, Taumadhi Square,Pottery Square, Dattatraya Mandir etc. After lunch, we have an appointment with a very well-known Mandala painter and he will explains us about Thanka painting (Buddhist scroll paintings).
    Bhaktapur is another medieval city of Newari people, situated at eastern corner of Kathmandu valley and lies around 13 kilometers far from the capital city, Kathmandu. It has its own identity in the history of Nepal as the capital city of whole Nepal till fourteenth century and till eighteenth century it was ruled by Malla dynasty as other region of Kathmandu valley as a souvenir country. That was the golden era for this region. Most of the historical monument including world famous fifty five window palace, five stored and tallest pagoda of Kathmandu valley, Nyatapola and hundreds of other sights were constructed in this period. It has the best preserved courtyards of palace in Nepal and listed as UNESCO world heritage sights.Bhaktapur is also known as Bhadgaon which means village of rice but the literal translation of the word Bhaktpur is, the city of devotees. This city is very famous for the curd known as “ Juju Dhau” (King of curd). Overnight in Bhaktpur in a guest House.
  • Day 06PokharaEarly in the morning, we have Yoga and meditation session. After breakfast, we will gradually prepare for the drive toward Pokhara. We will catch the bus (Flight also Possible on request). The drive is very pleasant along the beautiful countryside of Nepal. The road mostly leads us to nearby the different rivers that might give us some sights of rafters enjoying in the white water of Himalayan Rivers. During the drive, we may grateful with the scenery of several beautiful mountains, terraced fields of rice, isolated traditional villages and some newly established towns. It is an incredible drive though, the road condition is not so good everywhere. During the drive, we will take a lunch break. It is around 6-7 hours driving. Finally, after reaching Pokhara, we can enjoy our free time and prepare for next day. Overnight at a hotel.
  • Day 07World Peace StupaIn the morning we will practice yoga and meditation. After breakfast, we will take a boat over the Phewa Lake to another side. Then along the walking trail, we will ascend around 1 hour till World Peace Stupa. We will spend some moment over there for peaceful sight of mighty Himalaya including Annapurna massif, Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, Manasalu with whole Pokhara valley and Phewa Lake. If visitors are in less number then we will meditate there. After coffee break, we will walk around two hours till another side of the Lake, mostly downhill between deciduous forest. After crossing the suspension bridge, we will be in Dam side. Another 30 minutes of walking, we will arrive at our hotel. Rest of the time is free for individual plan. Overnight in a hotel in Pokhara with full board.
  • Day 08Naudanda Early in the morning, we have yoga and meditation session. After breakfast, we will catch the bus for 20 minutes and starts to walk. Our trail ascends initially around 2 hour and slightly uphill till Sarangkot, the hill station to experience the sunrise and sunset over Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manasalu range. Afterwards, the trail flattened for another 3-4 hours through villages in between of terraces of rice, vegetables and other various grains. Overnight in a resort in Naudanda with full board.
  • Day 09DhampusEarly in the morning we will enjoy the sunrise over the Annapurna range. After breakfast we will walk around 1 hour to Kande, a small Himalayan village of Gurung ethnic cast. After Kande, we have to follow the trail around 1.5 hour uphill through small Gurung’s village, terraces of rice and forest of rhododendrons to Australian Camp. We will take a lunch break there. Further, 45- 1 hour of downhill, we will arrive at Dhampus. In the evening we will take part in yoga and meditation. Overnight in a full board lodge at Dhampus.
  • Day 10DhampusIn the morning, we have yoga and Mediation session. After breakfast we have free time for individual plan. You can individually visit the village Dhampus. Actually, Dhampus is a small Himalayan village of majority of Gurung ethnic group, lies in the northern part of Pokhara at the altitude of 1650m. It is another beautiful village of the Himalayan region with lovely people. The face of the village is fronting toward Himalaya, so, it offers us a breathtaking view of different Himalayas including Annapurna, Machhapuchre, Dhaulagiri and Manasalu. Most of the people they are engaged in the farming but , some people are completely busy in tourism sector. They operate different lodges and engage in various activities related to tourism. This traditional village offers us to experience the typical life of Mid-Himalayan region. Overnight in a lodge at Dhampus with a full board.
  • Day 11PokharaAfter breakfast we will walk about 2 to 3 hours towards Pokhara, mostly downhill again through Dhampus village. After crossing the village, we will reach a crematorium of Buddhist. They used to bring the dead body at the top of mountains and criminate there. This is the crematorium of Dhampus and other places near to it. We still continue to descend along stone paved steps till to the bottom of this mountain, finally arrive to Phedi from where we will take a bus to Pokhara for around 1 hour but on the way, we will stop to visit Tibetan refugee camp. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.
  • Day 12PokharaToday we will enjoy a 3 hour Ayurvedic relaxation program at the Ayurveda Center in Pokhara and rest of the day is as a leisure. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.
  • Day 13Today we will take the flight along the Himalayan range toward Kathmandu. Once again we have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Himalayan range in background but, we have to choose the left side of the window seat . Transfer to the hotel and rest of the day free for individual plan. Overnight at hotel with full board.
  • Day 14Return flight to your home town.
