• Overnight in a double room in 3 or 4 star category hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara including breakfast.
• An experienced, English speaking and government-licensed holder guide
• Lodge overnight during trekking.
• Yoga lesson in Kathmandu and Pokhara  and if possible, trekking too.
